Not sure which course? Fundamentals or a private is the place to start! Feel free to call one of the team who will discuss with you, your personal aims and objectives and identify the best way forward.

Strength and Conditioning Coaching

If you are wanting to feel, move and have more fun on the bike, signing up to the ALine Strength and Conditioning package is a must do this winter. 

On the run up to Christmas we are offering a 7-week programme to get you moving better, to benefit both on and off the bike. This block will focus on functional movement and strength. Having been through this programme type previously, I know first-hand the benefits this training can bring about. 

ALine are linking up with some of the best Strength and Conditioning coaches in the business to help you enjoy and perform better on the bike. We will also be running another training block after Christmas on the run up to spring, so that when the sun shines, so will you!


The details

  • Where: Structure Sport and Fitness, 110 Dutchess Rd, Sheffield, S2 4BL

  • When: Monday evenings 7:30pm - 8:30pm, from 6th November - 18th December

  • Cost: £80 for the 7 sessions

  • Availability: minimum group size is 10

There's no shortcuts to developing skill. If you know where your strengths and weakness are however you can target your time to get the most out of it. Thats what the Fundamentals is all about. This is not a beginners course.
